From an early age, I learned the power of organization and efficiency—skills that have shaped my entire career. My first role as an Executive Assistant landed in my lap, and I quickly realized not only was I naturally good at it, but I thrived in an environment where I could bring order to complexity and remove roadblocks for high-performing teams.
Throughout my career in the finance and tech industries, I’ve found joy in tackling challenges that seem next to impossible. Whether managing competing priorities or navigating the ever-evolving needs of a fast-paced organization, I operate with the mindset that amidst complex challenges lies opportunity.
Outside of work, I’ve always been drawn to experiencing the world beyond my own. Traveling has reinforced my adaptability, deepened my curiosity, and taught me how to navigate unfamiliar situations with confidence. Early in my travels, my goal was to see as many places as possible, but a trip to Italy changed my perspective. Instead of rushing from one place to another, I realized the value of slowing down—immersing myself in the culture, understanding the people, and experiencing a destination beyond its landmarks. That same mindset translates into my work: real impact comes not from simply completing tasks, but from taking the time to understand what makes a team function at its best.
At Delta-v, I’ve found a team that values efficiency as much as I do, but more importantly, a firm that genuinely cares about its people. Working alongside such brilliant and driven colleagues makes every day engaging. My role allows me to create structure and free up our leadership team to focus on the big-picture initiatives that drive the firm forward.
