I joined Delta-v in 2025 with a background investing in software and technology-enabled services businesses and executing transactions across M&A and capital markets. Before Delta-v, I was an investor at Clearlake Capital Group, where I worked across a range of transaction types, including majority, minority, and credit investments, primarily focused on technology and industrials businesses. My experience spanned the full investment lifecycle and included partnering with portfolio companies on financings and value creation initiatives. Prior to that, I began my career in investment banking in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group at Goldman Sachs, advising companies on M&A and capital markets transactions and building a strong foundation in execution and strategic value creation.
While at Clearlake, I also spent time embedded at Team Technologies, a Clearlake portfolio company, serving as interim strategic finance and FP&A lead during a critical period for the business. Partnering day-to-day with the CEO and CFO, I worked across forecasting, margin initiatives, and sale preparation efforts, gaining a deep appreciation for how value creation happens inside a company. That experience shaped my interest in earlier-stage investing as a way to work more directly with management teams and support businesses through key moments in their journey.
